Footie on New Year's Day - Thursday 1 January 2026

It's a long tradition to come along and watch the football match at the rec in Stoke Goldington on New Year's Day. Or better still, take part and run off that hangover...

Everyone used to head to The Lamb afterwards. So this year, we will open the bar at the Village Hall instead.

Come and join in the fun. Hot drinks, stiff drinks, and hot dogs and pork rolls are all on offer. All welcome. Footie starts at 11am. Bar closes at 3pm.

Happy New Year!
